Market and prices

The current QYLVA webshop serves Morocco only. Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The price displayed when an order is submitted is saved with that order and is not changed retroactively.

Product and preorder

Product descriptions, available variants, stock and preorder dates are shown before checkout. A submitted request remains subject to stock, the stated preorder window and QYLVA confirmation. Hand screen-printing can produce small variations that are not defects.

Delivery calculation

The customer selects a supported Moroccan region, province and city. QYLVA calculates delivery from that verified destination; customers cannot manually select a cheaper delivery zone. Merchandise subtotals of 500 MAD or more receive free Morocco delivery automatically when the offer is enabled.

Payment

Drop 001 uses advance payment by bank transfer. Submit your preorder, then transfer the exact total within 48 hours. Submission is not payment confirmation. QYLVA confirms receipt before production. Unpaid reservations expire and release their quantity. If you have transferred but your reservation expires, contact QYLVA with the reference before sending another payment. Never send payment to details received outside the protected order confirmation shown by this website.

Accuracy and cancellation

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number and delivery address. Contact QYLVA immediately if something is wrong. Changes or cancellation may be unavailable once printing, packing or dispatch has begun.

Returns and faults

Eligibility, timing and instructions are explained in the Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory right available under applicable Moroccan consumer law.
